Number of Packages
Each purchase covers 1 package only.
For multiple packages to the same address please purchase additional collections or place all packages to the same address in one package (ensure it does not go over the stated maximum weight and dimensions allowed)
Weight and Dimmensions
One purchase covers 1 package with a maximum weight of 31kg, maximum size of 120cms x 60cm x 60cm.
Each dimension must be below the maximum stated.
Any packages over these limits may result in the driver refusing to collect the item (no refund available) or additional charges needing to be paid via e-bay.
Your parcel must be measured and weighed to complete your booking form, pricing your delivery and ensuring successful delivery of your consignment.

PARCELS MUST NOT BE SENT ON PALLETS !

Only 1 collection attempt will be made so please ensure someone is available to hand the parcel to the driver.
Collections are made anytime between 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
We are sorry but collection times or slots can not be given and we are not able to call before collection!
Bookings received before 9pm can be collected the following working day if requested or a working day of your choice to suit you.
If no one is available to hand the parcel to the driver then no refund is given as we are charged by the carrier. We will be happy to re-book the collection for you but this will require an additional payment to be made via e-bay.
Collection excludes Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Off-shore Islands, unless you have purchased the specific premium service that covers these areas.
ALL PARCELS MUST HAVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CLEARLY MARKED ON ONE SIDE OF THE PARCEL!
Deliveries
Please ensure that the package is clearly marked with the full delivery address (no PO box addresses).
Deliveries are made between 9am-5.30pm for businesses and 7.30am-9pm for private addresses Monday to Friday (exc bank holidays).
We are not able to call before delivery!
Deliveries booked on our Saturday service will be made up to 12noon.
Our standard 24 hour and 48 hour service includes up to 3 delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the parcel a card will be left offering redelivery or collection from the depot. If no-one is available on these 3 occasions no refund is given and further delivery attempts can be purchased via e-bay. All other services include only 1 delivery attempt. If no one is available on this occasion no refund is given and a further delivery attempt can be purchased via e-bay.
Recipient may request for the parcel to be left at a neighbours by leaving a signed note on the door.

We use every reasonable effort to deliver in accordance with delivery schedules but these are not guaranteed. If circumstances result in us not being able to meet these delivery schedules no refund is available unless a premium guaranteed service has been purchased.
We are not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays in delivery schedules. Customer Obligations
The customer shall ensure consignments are properly packed taking into account the contents of the consignment.
The customer shall ensure that all consignments are correctly and completely labelled/addressed.
The customer shall comply with restrictions on carrying dangerous, prohibited and/or restricted goods. The customer shall indemnify us or the carrier for any loss, damage or expense suffered as a result of the customers failure to comply with these regulations.
Insurance
All services include up to £100 of insurance for loss or damage.
All compensation claims are made against the carrier and go through their claims department. we are delivery agents and at no time do we handle your goods.
Claims forms must be submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
Prohibited Goods
Some items such as dangerous goods, liquids. fluids including oil, petrol, large white appliances, glass, drugs, gases etc can not be carried.
We have the discretion not to carry any consignments which in our opinion is unsuitable for carriage.
Tracking
When your parcel is collected the driver will leave you with a tracking number.
All goods are carried in accordance with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter them at any time without notice. |
